Delivery times are counted from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, which will be notified to you by email.

We ship the next business day (non-holiday) after receiving your order. We make shipments Monday through Friday, and transit times vary depending on the country and the transport company (see the table).

Important: Orders received Monday to Friday before 11:30 a.m. may be processed the same day; orders received after that time will be processed the following day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once an order is placed, it enters the preparation process and cannot be canceled.

Holidays in the Province of Las Palmas must be considered as non-business days in delivery times since our logistics center is based in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas – Gran Canaria). This time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, possibly delaying delivery for reasons beyond Sabina’s control. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any delivery time preference (morning or afternoon), please indicate it in the order comment, and the carrier will try to comply as much as possible. To ensure the quality of our deliveries, they are carried out by the leading express transport company. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pickup Point Delivery

The transport company will make two home delivery attempts on two different business days and times. If delivery cannot be completed, you can pick up your package at the nearest Pickup Point. You will have 5 calendar days to collect the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of their address details. If an error occurs (in whole or part) and a reshipment is required, the customer will bear any shipping costs incurred. Safe Place or Deposit Place Delivery

If you select the option for the transport agency to leave your package in the garden, door, terrace, or any accessible area of your residence, you have chosen the Safe Place or Deposit Place option. Please note that by selecting this option, you assume responsibility and waive the right to claim for loss or damage.

No Customs Fees

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs; we ship directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs fees, taxes, or other charges are included — you will never be asked for any additional payment. It’s simple: you pay for your purchase on sabina.com and receive it without any extra payment.

Modification of Data and Conditions

Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version will be announced in advance in the “Shipping & Delivery” and “Warranty & Returns” sections.
