Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email.

We ship the next business day (non-holiday) after receiving your order. We ship Monday to Friday and transit times vary depending on the country and the carrier (see the table).

Important: Orders received Monday to Friday until 11:30 a.m. may be processed the same day; after that time, they will be processed the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once the order is placed, it enters the preparation process for shipment and cannot be canceled.

Public holidays in the Province of Las Palmas must be considered as non-business days in the delivery time, since our logistics center is centralized in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas – Gran Canaria). This period may be altered due to unforeseen incidents or force majeure, possibly delaying delivery for reasons beyond the control and management of Sabina. The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for delivery in the morning or afternoon, you can indicate it in the order comment and the courier will try to comply depending on their route and schedule. To ensure the quality of our shipments, they are carried out by the leading express courier company. No shipments are made to P.O. Boxes.

Pickup Point Delivery

The carrier will make two delivery attempts at your home, on two different business days and times. If delivery is not successful, you can collect the package at the Pickup Point closest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to go to that office and collect the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the address details provided. If there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment or redelivery is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred. Safe Place or Deposit Place Delivery

If you choose to have the carrier leave the package in the garden, door, terrace, or another accessible area of your residence, you will have selected the Safe Place or Deposit Place option. Please note that if you select this option, you assume the risk and lose the right to claim.

No Customs Fees

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs, we send your purchase directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs duties, taxes, or other surcharges are included, we will never ask you for an additional payment. It’s very easy! You pay for your purchase on sabina.com and receive it without having to make any additional payment.

Modification of data and conditions

Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be indicated in advance in the “Shipping and Delivery” and “Warranty and Returns” sections.
