Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email.

We ship on the next business day (non-holiday) after receiving your order. We ship Monday to Friday, and transit times vary depending on the country and the carrier (see table).

Important: Orders received Monday to Friday until 11:30 am may be processed the same day; after that time, they will be processed the next day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Once the order has been placed, it enters the preparation process for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Public holidays in the Province of Las Palmas should be considered as non-working days in the delivery time, since our logistics center is located in San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Las Palmas – Gran Canaria). This time frame may be altered due to unforeseen events or force majeure, potentially delaying delivery for reasons beyond Sabina's control. The courier usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for morning or afternoon delivery, you can indicate it in the order comments, and the transport company will try to accommodate it within their route and schedule possibilities. To ensure the quality of our shipments, they are carried out by the leading courier company in the express transport sector. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pickup Point Collection

The carrier will make two delivery attempts to your home on two different business days and times. If delivery is not possible, you can collect the package at the Pickup Point closest to your home. You will have 5 calendar days to go to that office and collect the package. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address details provided. If there is an error in the delivery address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment or re-shipment is required, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred. Delivery to Safe Place or Deposit Place

If you select that the courier leaves the package in the garden, door, terrace, or any accessible area of your residence, you will have requested the Safe Place or Deposit Place option. Please note that if you select this option, you assume the risk and lose the right to make a claim.

No Customs Charges

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, your order will not go through customs; we send your purchase directly from our warehouse in Gran Canaria, Spain. For orders to the Iberian Peninsula and Europe, customs charges, taxes, or other surcharges are included, we will never ask you for an additional payment. It’s very easy! You pay for your purchase at sabina.com and receive it without having to make any extra payment

Modification of Data and Conditions

Sabina reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (products, prices, promotions, and commercial and service conditions) at any time. Any new version of these will be indicated in advance in the “Shipping and Delivery” and “Warranty and Returns” sections.
