HISTORY
The memory of a summer on the Greek Mount Pelion where, to reach the sea, you had to cross a natural grove of wild fig trees bathed in the sun. Philosykos is an ode to the whole fig tree: the green freshness of the leaves, the milky flavor of the figs and the density of the white wood.

"Philosykos" means "friend of the fig tree" in Greek. The source of inspiration was a tree, whose leaves and branches were brought by the founders of Diptyque in a keepsake box.
