Infusion D'iris by Prada is a unisex "Eau de Parfum" with floral and woody notes. This perfume makes a nod to the traditions of the past to let us understand the place we occupy in the present, and at the same time, seeks a perfect harmonious balance in a chaotic world, transporting us to a secluded and calm place.
This fragrance was created in 2007 by perfumer Daniela (Roche) Andrier, and belongs to the collection Les Infusions de Prada. Its essence is a total evocation of the scent of freshly ironed sheets and clean, bare skin, scents that take us back to our childhood and always remain intact in our memory.
Its delicate and elaborate trail begins with African orange blossom, orange, mandarin and neroli, citrus with a hint of sweetness, which create a soft cushion on which the floral notes, its protagonists, such as iris, mastic resin and galbanum, finally conclude with a soft woody base.
Iris Infusion. The name of this fragrance is due to the process to which the iris is subjected to extract its essence. It is subjected to a constant infusion for 6 months to extract all its olfactory properties.
Fugitive of stereotypes. This perfume completely flees from feminine stereotypes. It does not identify with a specific profile, nor with a specific age range. It is linked to a free, natural spirit and to the much desired Prada Universe.
Perfumery of yesteryear. Its bottle is a clear tribute to the old perfumery. Refined and simple, with straight and pure lines, only the brand's anagram carved on a metallic applique stands out. Exquisiteness and classicism.
