Scholl GelActiv women's everyday insoles aredesigned to absorb minor impacts and help reduce excessive pressure on the feet caused by activities such as walking or running.

If necessary, trim the insole to fit the shape of the shoe. Cut along the contour that matches your foot size or use the original insole as a guide.

For best results, remove existing insoles and replace them with Scholl GelActivTM insoles with the gel side down. Replace the insoles when they show signs of wear (recommended every 6 months).
