With your fingers bent, massage from the center outwards of the face using deep circular movements.

1. UNDER THE JAWLINE: Start below the jawline (under the chin), from the center of the face outwards.
2. ON THE JAWLINE: Follow the jawline, from the chin towards the ears.
3. ON THE CHEEKS: Continue from the jawline to the cheeks, moving up to the temples.
